Im not going to lie but I got the kenstyle rear, with a top secret front and ings sides. Hopefully it turns out good for my taste.
Have your body shop mod your Kenstyle rear like this one.

thats nice, is that yours? How is the filler holding up? I was thinking maybe slated vents for the rear to match the top secret.

I love my CHARGESPEED!

OEM-ish but with an agressive twist.
Lines up real nice with IMPUL sides.

Only thing about the CHARGESPEED rear is you really need an aftermarket exhaust.

The fat *** of CS engulfs OEM exhaust tips and make them look weeny!

Were you talking about mine? It's Twilight Blue and a Chargespeed Rear..

Looks way too similar to stock for me to justify spending that kind of money.

As far as it looking OEM-ish, that's true, but it's OH SO MUCH BETTER... I was looking for an "upgraded" factory look.. Like it was a different "sport" version that could have come off of the showroom floor. I'm pretty conservative and this provided exactly what I was after. Didn't really want it to look "too" aftermarket. Not knocking anyone else's bumper, that's just my taste.. I DO really like the filled in Kenstyle as well, that's an excellent look as well.

Last week, I backed into a curb and cracked the framing around the mesh.. So I'm without it now. In the interim, I've put my stock bumper back on and.. EW... I'm so used to my "JLo" Bootie on my G. It's a CONSIDERABLE difference if you go back to stock. I think those w/ this point of view really should see the differences up close. While it is the closest to stock as far as aftermarket bumpers go, it's MUCH lower, MUCH less angular, and a LOT fuller. The subtle flares are just right, and yes, it goes perfectly w/ the flares of the Impul sides (as you see pictured on mine).. TRUST me, it's a huge difference in actuality..

To CS or not to CS... i've had the same problem as the OP.

I've been waiting two years to change my rear. My whole car is very subtly modded, and I would like to keep the rear that way.

I keep hoping a vendor will jump on this and making something between a CS and an OEM/splash guards/diffuser. I love the Chargespeed but sometimes I look at it and feel like the sides are very bulky, even with Impul sides, and it gives it too much of a bulky, low a$$... (no offense to all CS users I still believe it's the best aftermarket rear)

I remember someone asking Straffe to make a non-wide version of the APR rear in their current rear prototype thread. Who knows, maybe after yet another thread complaining about lack of clean rear bumper options, we might get what we have been waiting for

well you have to admit that the OEM exhaust tips dont even go past the CS diffuser. from a side angle they arent even visible.

Congrats on the Fujisubo!

yeah, Stock rears ftw. Those other posted 'look' okay, but too fast and too furious for me.

Oem + Splash guards + nismo diffuser (Best overall look imho, sleek, sexy, clean as fvck, yet stands out) of course im a lil biased lol

or

Chargespeed

or

Sell your G!!!

lol

A few people have pulled off the Kenstyle, but by few i really mean a FEW

Ings - it's ok but hides your exhaust and looks weird from profile
veilside - just NO
Nismo aprons - pretty chill
impul rear, looks ok but has those ugly sections under the tails
