I have a 2003 6mt G coupe and I am on my third clutch (not me) and now just got a aftermarket flywheel. Everything is great now just breaking in the clutch (never letting anyone ever drive it again also) but I was wondering how to know if I can sell my flywheel. The mechanic said it's still good but it's just not new.
I see them going for 800 on ebay and I would gladly except even 400 or anything for it. Is it worth it to sell it because I wouldn't want to rip anybody off. it's pretty smooth except for like one little rivet.
anyway if I can sell it what should I clean it with or should I just take it back to the shop and have them do it.

You have nothing to lose by putting it on eBay or Craigs list. Having it resurfaced will make it like new and the cost is minimul....good selling point. You could clean it yourself with carb cleaner or anything that removes grease....!
