APR Front Lip for Coupe...

Is there ANYONE that makes a replica of the APR front lip for the coupe???

If not, can someone PLEASE get on it?! I really would prefer not to throw $500-600 on a front lip, before paint... And I definitely don't need/want it to be CF.

How many do we need to get together for one of our faithful G35driver vendors to do a mold and make a bunch of these lips in poly for a group buy??? There has to be some demand for these bad boys...

No, thankfully.

Good luck with that.

At least 10 committed buyers, possibly more.

Such an ugly lip. No wonder no one has made a replica of it.

Thanks for your opinion, but I don't think this is as ugly as you make it out to be buddy.

That looks horrible. Would look better if it was made to fit higher so the top of the lip meets the bottom of the grilles & crease in bumper.

Either way, good luck getting at least 10 committed buyers. Talk to Strafe, they are open minded and might consider taking on your project if there is enough interest.

I dont think it looks that bad, but I do agree you will have a hard time getting a vendor on here to make a replica, let alone one in poly. Many of the vendors that sell kits do not even make there own kits in fiberglass, let alone have access and resources to make in poly.

Okay, well we just have different opinions. I like your car a lot so I'm just not going to bother arguing my opinion.

Green - I know.... I have high hopes though.

Cal - I think your opinion is good on having it go up a little higher, but i still think it looks good as is. I think molding it on from where it is would be teh sex.

Yeah, I don't think that lip looks that bad. There are things made for our cars that look 10x worse, so I think the hysterics above aren't deserved. Nevertheless, there are lips that would look equally good, if not better (such as the OEM lip), which can generally be found in a much more reasonable price range. But yeah, I would not pay that much for just a lip...might as well go for the whole front bumper at that price.

That lip isnt that bad but there is room for improvement. I think strafe should make an aftermarket lip. One that is an original design and sits at a good height. Something that would sit even with lets say, impul sides. For me, the stock sides are ugly, but with aftermarket sides, the stock bumper even with a lip is to high and uneven. This way you could get aftermarket sides, and the lip (if made), and they would sit even and call it a day.
