What are the nicest rims for ~$1500 18-19"
I know the nicer rims are around $1000 more expensive but just getting a feeler on what I should be looking for. These can be either 18 or 19" but leaning more towards 19's. Anyone have any suggestions on some makes besides just the stock ones? Pics would definitely help also. I have a DG/G coupe too.
Thanks.

I know you said $1500 but I would spend a few more benji's and get the nismo 18" lmgt4's. They're good looking and very lightweight. You can find them new or slightly used for $1600-1700 every once in a while on the classified.

In that price range your only option is probably 1pc cast wheels. I would look at Axis wheels. I have the Milanos (click on my sig for link to photos) but I also like the Hiro and the Super Mesh. I believe if you do a search in the "Wheels, Brakes, Tire..." forum there are photos & more info.

I like these which are fairly inexpensive but look good.

Yes those are nice but would be over $2000 there.

If you are looking for spend 1500 on rims and tires I say, keep your stocks or try to get 18" G35 Stocks, cheap rims just make the G look just like that "Cheap". For Like 2200 you can get a set of 19" Axis Wheels like the Milano or the Sevens which look nice for the money.

Was talking abotu 1500 just for the wheels, not tires included.

Probably a set of Wolf 77 G-Games would fit the bill. They are pretty light weight and well manufacturer by Rays. If you are just looking for looks, ADR M-sports will fit the bill; but they are very heavy.

My recommendation would be the 350Z Track Rays wheels. They are by far the cheapest wheel you can get that's still race prepped and very light. If..... you like the styling, that is.

Well, really nice wheels for 1500 is hard to come by but when I was searching for a friend with the same budget as yours we stumbled on these. They are 19" with a nice lip as well...

Here is were I seen them:

If $1500 is your budget, how about these? They are about $1400 for a set of 4. They are Work Emotion CR Kai. They come in Bronze, Gunmetal, Polished Silver, and white. The 18x9.5" rim weighs 19 pounds. I was going to get these, but I decided to spring a little bit more for the Work Meister S2Rs. Looks similar, but has a fat lip, and is two piece forged, instead of once piece cast. However, they weigh 21 pounds. Oh well....
There is also a Work Emotion CR that looks exactly like the Work Emotion CR Kai, but from what I found, they weigh 24 pounds, so the Kai version is lighter...
Edited by avs007 on 09/03/04 10:54 PM.

Those work wheels are VERY nice, i've been looking into those or advans for my rsx. If you really wanted rims for your G, i'd say save a lil more and go for some 19's. I've seen them around here and they look hot, especially the volks.
