Exclamation Can't open my car! HELP

So for the past year I've been opening my car by lowering the window down because my actuators went out. I purchased the car about two years ago with no alarm fob. So all I have is the key which lowered the window and dis activated the alarm at the same time. Today when I went to open the car the window didn't go down and makes a fast clicking noise. The alarm does deactivate but window doesn't go down. The car recently wouldn't start and had to open the hood and hit the battery connection so it would. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. HELP!

Sounds like you're just going about having a entry level luxury sports car all wrong... Go to the dealer and get a fob or find one on ebay and get it programmed. Then go online and find $5 door lock acuators and follow the DIY on this site to replace the OEM acuators. While you have the door panels off take out the window motor and follow other DIY steps here on driver to clean out the motor. If your car won't start then you need to get it checked out at Nissan or a reputable shop because it sounds like you don't have any warranty left.

It sounds like your window motor went out now. Mine went out recently also and my lock actuator also went out but from what I can remember the door would still lock and unlock with the key because when you use it it unlocks it mechanically and not electrically.

sounds like your lock actuators been out for a while, now your window regulators(motors) are out as well.... did you cover the key hole on the driver side? Or do you have the iKey?
