I could tell from the minute I left my shop when I started using Red Line synthetic fluids....she likes it! Synthetic fluids just operate cooler so everything runs smoother!

I probably would have passed on this car with the mods and most important of all the dirty engine bay and filter. Those are signs of how the previous owner maintained the car. You now own the car so if there is anything you need just ask away we are all here to help. Enjoy your G!

Well for the price i paid i am glad i didnt pass on it.

Just because the first owner was a 70 year old man that didnt care about cleaning the engine bay with a tooth brush, doesn't mean he didnt do the maintenance.

And so what if the previous owner was a cheap bastard and bought a used intake along with an ebay exhaust. That still doesn't mean he didn't do maintenance. Even if the cheap bastard didn't do the maintenance, carfax said he didnt own it long!

Honestly I would take off all of those mods and replace them with something better, or go OEM. The Injen intake? Loses power. The X02 exhaust? Rusty piece of crap. Mismatched springs? Probably rides worse than OEM.

I don't mean to be such a pessimist. I do think you got a pretty good deal given that the rest of the car is in good condition. I see you're wisely making sure all the maintenance is up to date first, I'm sure you will enjoy it for a long time to come.

But honestly, all the mods the previous owner put on are crap. I'm just trying to help. I think you'll like your ride a lot more going back to OEM and possibly making a few bucks in the process, then in the future you can put that $$ towards other mods that don't lose power or are knock off junk. Just my 2 cents.

I feel you 100% but as of right now i just dont feel like it is worth it. As far as the springs, it rides well. I couldnt go back to stock hight. I will get coil over one day. Right now i just dont have the $2000+ for new exhaust, coil over, and intake. But i am slowly getting there.
