Bildob's G35!
Bildob's G35!
I just purchased a 03 G35 for $11,900. According to the sale it had Tein lowering springs, HKS Hi Power exhaust, and Injen intake. As i was trying to change my rear brakes i found black springs which tells me they are not Tein springs. Two days later i was searching the forums and found the HKS replica exhaust thread, so i went out to check the exhaust out and sure enough it is the EBAY replica!
Well enough venting on to the pics!

You still might have gotten a good deal on it, if it has a clean title. Atleast you have brembo's and an aftermarket exhaust. If you want to go back to stock, you can trade with someone.
Welcome! Car looks pretty good. It looks like you're lowered on something based on your first pic...it just seems lower than stock based on eyeball. You definitely got a good deal if the title is clean, but I'm guessing it's probably got near 100k miles on it?
It is lowered i just dont know what kind of spring are on the rear. The front spring are the Tein green. According to carfax the title is clean, and it has 94,000 miles

Well there are plenty of nice wheels out there that you dont have to drop 2k+ on. Check out Axis Super Hiro, or Pentas!
I will be buying used rims for sure. I just want to do some rutine maintenance. I am going to change the plugs and cracked belts and the rear rotors need to be replaced.
Welcome to DRIVER Bildob....=^)
Strange apparently they installed the Tein spring up front and left the OE springs out back. Even though the exhaust isn't authentic it may be better than what your G came with. Intake looks good except with the damaged filter. With that kinda mileage on your coupe I'd change all fluids, brakes and plugs. Looks good, clean'er up and enjoy your new ride....

I am thinking about using Redline fluids for the tranny and diff. ( Thoughts on this?)
Brakes and plugs are in the works right now.
