New Jersey Ticket law
Re: New Jersey Ticket law
i live in nj and unfortunately have experience with normal violations and not crazy speeding.
first off, try to delay as long as possible. officer might leave force.
barring that, go to court, wait in line for prosecutor, plead down ticket as mentioned above.
anytime i saw someone with lawyer for normal (not dwi) violations, ticket was reduced to no point but fine. they also know you are paying lawyer.
04 6mtC, DG - possibly most babied G on the board.

Re: New Jersey Ticket law
Here in Miami, I get a ticket once every three months. The attorneys here charge $80 for speeding and a little more for wreckless driving. My goal is to make a collage of tickets poster size and frame it. I am well on my way. The attorneys guarantee no points, no home course or four hour course and every other time i have to pay court costs. I wish I could just pay the officer on the spot.
