is it an aluminum lip? any aluminum polish will take that our easy as...
if its a painted lip(colour or clear) then use a light cutting compound..
its hardly any damage to loose sleep over

The scratchX I have is for paint. So if your wheels are painted or clear coated, then it should remove the fine scratches fine.

Try the scratchX, well that is if your turtle wax product doesn't work. Meguiars makes pretty good stuff, their scratchX has always had a place in my garage. Great product.

Yea im surprised he even did it. All my friends know how **** I am about my car. I dont let anyone eat or drink in it. I guess he had no idea it would do anything.. He said he was really sorry and he would pay to do anything.

u could try taking ur friends head and shoving it against the writing and have him lick it off. may not help the car but it might help your spirits

It looks like it all came out pretty good with the turtle was polish. Good thing..
