turtle wax is just a wax.. it will fill the scratches but not remove them. over time it will end up washing off and the scratches will re appear..
unless it has a cutting compound in it.

Yea I usually dont use their products either but it was the only one that said it was safe with clear coat..idk. I wasnt sure what i was getting.
