It's the G35 Type-Fleabay lip spoiler. I hope you're not buying it.. you'll probably have fitment issues. Plus, it's fiberglass.. one hit and it'll break.

Is this suppose to be a OEM replica? I thought it was the fiberglass that was stronger... oh well i appreciate the feedback.

No, what you should be looking for is urethane lip spoilers. They bend and are flexible.

That's the JT Autostyle front lip. Fiberglass isn't as bad as people make it out to be. I'm pretty sure the majority of the people on here have never even had a car w/ fiberglass body parts. Fiberglass is easily repairable. Urethane is not repairable. I've had both types of parts on previous cars, and I would choose fiberglass if I had a choice.
