No, the 6MT Brembo's are nothing special and most people don't even notice.

To the average person brakes arent what people are going to notice, its the wheels and bodykits.

 

thats the only thing i dislike about my 05 G eventhough the brakes on 05 & up are better than the brembos on the 03-04. the brembos look so much better than the stock calipers.

 

I know I sure drool over a man's sexy, enormous .... BBK when I pull up at a stop light.

I could give a flying crap about how many people stare at my car, but I just happen to notice a lot of people staring at my front wheels and was wondering if it happened to other people.

So, next time you feel like reading into a post like some sort of psychic to try to guess the reasons I drive this car, please refrain from posting.

So, tiny tiny stock sliding calipers are so much better than monoblock cross clamping multi-piston calipers!? Oh noes! Well I care about performance! I'll trade you!

I don't have the Brembo's on my G35, but whenever I drive my C6 Z06, I get the same thing, since they are drilled rotors along with blood red calipers from the factory.

 

I got the akebono BBK on my 03 coupe every now and then people ask me if the brakes came standard on my car, but in the lights I sure do get lost of staring from youngsters on honda civics and small tuner cars, they actually start bliping the throttle to see if I wanna race, of course I refuse to. But again I live in PR where almost any person younger than 35 likes to race between lights.

 

The brembos sure are decent, but I want to upgrade! There's always something better and bigger out there....it's a never ending battle.
