Please yield next time, sounded like a very dangerous situation. If the other guy had Z-Tube and stickers, you might have ram into the construction workers. 
Not a pretty sight.
I don't even cut off minivans in this type of situation if they show the slightest will not to let me go. Just not worth the risk IMHO.

Well again, although the story was kinda long all of this happened within a span of about 9 seconds, we were still a good distance away from the construction equiptment. I'm not stupid, I don't purposely put other peoples lives in danger
