ANyone in BayArea do Fender Rolling?

need to get fenders rolled....anyone?

You can do it yourself pretty easily. Take a wooden baseball bat.....not aluminum......but a wooden one and put it between your tire and fender. Which end you use (the handle or the fat end) depends on how much space you have between the tire and fender to start with. On my 911, I used the thin handle end because there was not much clearance due to my lowered set-up. If there is no room even for the handle to fit in, use a floor jack to elevate the car but still keeping the tire firm on the ground. The reason for this is that you want the tire to stay put as you twist the bat between the tire and fender.....the fender will roll under. Continue to twist/roll the bat over the top circumference of the tire. The wooden bat is used because it does not scar or damage the paint.
