Nice "friends" you got there. Looks like the dents can be popped out. Call a dent-less paint remover, then present your friends with the invoice.

If he doesn't pay then deck him in his jaw and take that as restitution.

Hitting him will only make it worse. It is a felony, most people dont know that, but people who do report it come out the winner usually. Do not wait for something to happen you should have filed the police report immediately and told your insurance.

Who needs enemy's when you have friends like that!
Kind of coincidental that he was there but "the other guys" where responsible, i would be taking both repair costs and reparation out on him, if he hadn't turned up, you wouldn't have damage to your car
Find some new friends.

I'm all for doing things legally but if a friend did that or his friends I'd have that kid taking a dirt nap the next day.

^ I agree. If someone touched my G, it's game over. I don't f*ck around when it comes to my car. If you have a problem with me, then let's take care of it. This guy apparently put the tampon in the wrong hole and got all butt hurt since he couldn't go to the party. Sorry for your loss, but I would personally take care of this the old fashioned way.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do! Nice wheels btw!

Thanks guys, so i was talking to someone today and turns out that someone else called the cops on him. As far as insurance, its not worth it cuz i got an estimate thats lower than my deductible and filing a police report(I know for a fact) will just make things worse. But in no way am i going to let them get away w/ it.

Ok... all kidding aside, worst advice EVER. Do not perjure yourself - THAT IS a felony. Conspiracy to commit robbery is also a felony.

Simple assault IS NOT a felony, it's a misdemeanor.

+1 on paintless dent removal. About your friend, don't go down to his level, karma's a mother f'er.
