rolling rear fender paper thin, will it crack the paint?

I had my fenders rolled and notice that right after the roll that the paint was cracked in certain area, you can't see it unless you look under the fender, it cracked underneath the fender lining, right where it fold. This happened on a partial roll and not rolled flat or paper thin.

I wanted to take my car back to get it rolled as flat and thin as possible but will this cause more paint chipping?

I heard from a few people who have their fenders rolled completely flat that they all have issues with paint chipping. If so I guess it doesn't really matter since you can't see it because it's under the fender.

It will matter if the paint cracks. If it's not repainted or sealed it will leave openings that could rust. Get it fixed, +1 on a sh!tty job.

If you roll it more it will crack more. The person who orginally did the job didn't take there time to do it slow and heat the paint to make it flexible.

Sand it down and prime/repaint it to prevent rusting.

Even when fender rolling is done right the paint will crack inside the lip which needs to be fixed ASAP. Creating an area for rust just isn't a good idea....
