Diagnose This Problem

I was driving today and I felt like I had a flat tire, the car was bumping like I had a flat and I went to steer the right to pull over but the wheels locked up, I tried to stop but the brakes were locked to, The brakes worked but the power brakes were off so I had to push really hard and it took a while to stop, I turned off the car and noticed I didnt have a flat so I got back in and started it, when I started the car the engine was revving itself and when I put the car in park the engine would shut off. I found the problem and now the car is fine, I was wondering if you guys could guess what the problem was.

Operator error

Easy fix however, sell your G and buy a Big-Wheel.

Nah, I wish that was the case, I'm being dead serious, the tornado piece got loose and streched out through the intake and into the throttle body ****ing up the butterfly valve, no real damage, just got it out and drove away, good call man.

Thats why you shouldn't buy low quality crap for your car. I never believed in those things to begin with.

I understand the concept of what its supposed to do, but I'm pretty sure the sharp turn in our intake manifold would disrupt the circular motion of the air, rendering it useless.
