FWIW, my last car was a BMW 325 wagon with 4wd. That year (01) the morons at BMW decided the 4wd cars would have the suspension raised almost an inch. The car was heavy (3700 lb) with 184 horses and cornered like an SUV. I hated it. That saved me a lot of money, because I never drove it unless I had to.
Since I bought the G, the fun is back in driving. I have been joy riding all over the place. Can't wait until the thing is broken in, and gets completely loose after that. G's rule.
In fact, I had been trying to hold out for the 05 G's but I was so sick of the bimmer, the money was there, and I realized that the G coupe was not going to get a HP boost for 05, so I went off to the nearest dealer and just did it. And, I am happy I did. Better than happy.
