Being a Manager of a auto and tire shop. Alignment will not cause a vibration. Now if the car is pulling or have bad tire wear then yes alignment is in need. What you need is to have your wheels road force balanced. That will also ck to make sure there is not a bent wheel or any flat spots on a tire. Brake rotors also will cause vibrations at certain speeds my Lincoln Ls is real bad about it. My 2 cents

One other thing. If you have loose parts in the front you will need more then a alignment. Ck all bolts. and torque to spec.

I have no doubt that you're going to need toe adjusters on the rear and adjustable a-arms up front to bring your alignment back to OE specs. There's no reason to get your alignment until you order/install the suspension pieces you need. Very surprised you didn't already have them since you were lowered on s-techs and must have been eating tires like....

Yeah I agree with Deepdiver. I'd recommend Henry at Temple City auto too. He's installed everything on my G and it just so happens that he works on alot of G35s... probably because alot of people recommend others to go to him from this forum. When he did my alignment, he would not stop working on my car until my alignment was perfect to him. Make sure you have toe bolts for the rear because the stocks aren't adjustable, only the fronts are.

mmm...i am not trying to bring my camber back to OEM specs, i know right now i must be at high -2 or maybe -3. but i need that camber in order to fit my wheels with the offsets i want. i am aware that is a no no for tires. If i want to keep my camber as is, do i still have to get the a-arms and toe adjusters? like i said, i dont mind the tire wear, i am just concerned with the shaking of my steering wheel. thanks

There are negative adjustable camber arms out there. Ichiba is one of them I believe and they are on the cheaper side of the camber kit list.

so i would need one of those^^? i was just planning on taking my car in, and letting them dial in the same camber equally even if it is negative. if i am not concerned with tire wear, do i need the adjustable a arms or a camber kit?

Hmm well if you like the way your camber is, you can always just buy rear toe bolts. As long as your toe is set in the green zone, you're pretty much good! If you want to even out your camber (still keeping it it on negatives) then you can buy the kit.

Not really. I was just talking about the toe because you mentioned you wanted to leave negative camber, just letting u know to play it safe is to atleast fix your toe. i'm not sure what the cause of vibration to your steering wheel... it can be somethings wrong with the tires, tires installed wrong, suspension parts like sway bar endlinks? just throwing out random ones thoughts... hope the problem gets fixed!

negative camber affects tire wear yes, but not as much as toe. Toe will destroy your tires immediately so you want at least that to stay at 0 or green never red.

Negative Adjustable Camber Arms will help you get your camber to your desired level with the alignment issue.

donno whats up with the vibration usually its because your wheel balance is off.

could have possibly lost a weight off your wheel, therefore unbalancing a tire

Brake could cause it too. Do not car wash when the brake is hot. Make sure it cools down...if not, the rotor will be bent cuz of water...and cause shaky steering wheel

(I have 350z s-tech on my car without alignment still...

Tire is fine...I need a good alignment shop!...)
