Tire is fine...I need a good alignment shop!...)
Rotors don't become bent because of water, it starts in the poor quality forging process and gets worse when they over tighten your wheels with a impact gun. Our wheels should always be installed with a torq wrench, that eliminates most of the problem. Bent rotors can normally be felt when applying the brakes, higher the speed the worse the reaction/shake. If you'e lowered on Tein S-Techs without suspension adjusters and alignment you only think your tires are fine....look again!

Maybe it's your spacers installed incorrectly? or not tight enough?
