problem with steering + others

(1) recently my steering wheel and steering feel/input feels like **** and heavy. it feels almost as if i don't have power steering or like my front tires are turning on tar. when making turns, it wouldn't naturally and fluidly straighten out after the turn. it just feels there's resistance whenever i turn the wheel. it doesn't matter if it's cold or hot out, all i know is that my steering jacked up.

i checked my power steering fluid and it's at max line. could it be my tie rod/steering rack? if i remember correctly, this started happening after i took a hard turn right turn into a street on my 17" setup. i thought it was the cause since the tires suck dick, but same problem after i put on my 19"s. i've used the same tires on both sets for 2 seasons so far and i never had this problem. any ideas?

(2) last week when we had one or two 80+ days, my clutch started sticking halfway down. it starts acting up i guess with increasing heat. i know this is a common problem but i've always had trouble having the dealer replace the slave cylinder. is there a possible manual fix if the dealer states they can't replicate the issue again?

(3) did anyone ever experience a clunking type of noise going over bumps near the passenger side of the trunk/rear passenger wheel? it sounds like a fender rub or the spare tire tool rack is loose. i know i don't rub my fenders and i checked the tools and they all sit pretty tight. dealer also couldn't replicate. sound is worse with the 17"s on and with colder weather. it's driving me nuts.
