If you have an 06 5AT, just get the spacer. It's all you need.
If you have an 06 6MT, you can get the spacer and MREV2 for maximum gains, or just get the MREV2 if you want to save a couple bones. From the dynos I've seen the spacer will only give you additional power on top of the MREV2 in the very upper rev range so it may or may not be worth another couple hundred dollars to you.

oh yea i forgot to ask if you had AT or MT. if auto then just get 5/16 spacer. where you live you probably won't need iso copper since this is for mostly places where it gets real cold.. you can get 1/2 inch spacer if you are not planning on installing a front strut bar. (but let me tell you the upper strut bars don't do jack its mostly for looks)

I don't agree with that, OP said he had a 5AT where MREV2 will show negligible gains. This has been dyno proven. It'd be a lot of money for a very minimal gain if he were to get the MREV2.

Tony (Motordyne) has personally told me that the gains of the mrev2 on a 5at are very minimal. If the mrev2 on a 5at made similar gains to that on a 6mt, I wouldve had the mrev2 a long time ago.
But dont just take my word for it, give Tony a call, I'm sure he'd be more than happy to answer all your questions.
I say get the 5/16".
