little help with my stock burned out sound system

hey all i know this is an odd question, but on my drive how from bringing the car home from the dealership after i bought it (new owner of only about 2 weeks here) my factory head unit display went out, checked the fuse and its not a fuse, i am not to concerned about this as i know it is a notorious problem.

however until i come up with he funds to get a nice aftermarket setup i need to know how to adjust the treble, bass, midrange and the balance and fade

if someone could walk me through in which sequence and what button to push to get these results i would be very grateful! thank you

Why don't you just go and drop off the car to get it fixed? It should still be covered under the warranty if it has only been 2 weeks.

For my car the sequence goes.. bass, treble, fade then balance. You don't have an option for midrange.

Yeah you press mode and use the up and down track buttons. I have an 04 and the track button is next to the cassette player.

Question Audio HELP!!

Hey guys, looking to do an aftermarket sound/dvd system. I have an 05 coupe non nav with 6 spd trans. I like the bose speakers in doors and and the rear, looking to add subs/amp and possibly a DVD screen (whether it be mounted custom in dash or flip.

Only thing I can't seem to figure out is, how it will work with the cd player/sound/AC/Heat controls all combined in the front panel.

By removing that "AC Control Panel", so many things will go wrong with the vehicle.

Any suggestions?

Thanks guys!

By chance, Do you remember the thread or what website I can locate those parts/mods needed to complete the install?

I appreciate the help!

Well I replaced my HU. And you were right I do not have a Bose. Radio Cd both play. But not very much volume. In fact at 31 windows down realy can't hear the radio. Is there anything I can look at or adjust to get the volume up. I was thinking about amp but had great volume before I replaced HU. Thanks for help.
