Hi everyone,

I took a right turn and there was a steep dip in the road and the front right tire hit pretty hard. I now hear a knocking sound at times, usually over a bump or sometimes when turning. I have stillen sways with stock endlinks so I thought maybe an endlink snapped. When I got home I check the endlinks on the front and they looked fine. I did notice that either a sway mounting bracket or a bushing was broke on the end. Nothing seemed to be hanging and the sound seemed loud for just that bracket broken. It may or may not be that, I'm really not sure... Compression rod maybe...?

Thanks, I'll try to get under it sometime this week after work.

 

Only real way to check is to get it up on a rack so you can check the whole suspension. Noises like that after taking a hit can = issues....

Turns out it was an enlink. I guess without getting an up close and personal look I couldn't tell. Gonna get some beefier endlinks!!
