I bought my car used guys and the front has these two ***** to the left and right of the TOW HOOK... it's pretty chill looking I mean doesn't make the car look bad, but it's obvious that it's been drilled!

I'm curious, what type of adapter will I need to put on a front plate? can I go to pepboys and look for any particular one? I don't want to pay 60 for Stillens, or whatever

Are all license plate adapters generic?
