They are very rare!

 

you can get the stone interior and change all the leather to black... there are leather coloring kits out there that are pretty durable... actually, one of the guys on this site did his car... as for the carpet, im sure you could have someone local install a black carpet for pretty cheap

 

humm well I have a 2008 G35 Sedan with IP and black interior,

I am in the middle east and when I went to buy my car it was the last one they had with black interior. EVERY other IP they had here was with Beige interior which I hate, so I'm really lucky to have found this combination.

I didn't think it was hard to find elsewhere, but I guess it is

since finding this thread, i've run across a number of IP/Black coupes...naturally, teh sellers/dealers want ridiculous money for them.
