Cool Clutch suggestions???

ok so i just hit the 40k mark in my 06 coupe, and I can hear my TOB and i know if i'm going to change that then i might as well change my clutch and flywheel which is time to change as well....I know the stock clutch is exedy...I don't want another exedy...what else am i looking at here in terms of quality and longivity?? Oh and it is a daily driver...sort of...daily driver meaning 1.5 miles a day.
Thanks for any help

JWT Clutch & Flywheel combo. I bought it from one of the vendors, Mike at Concept Z Performance, who's giving a sick deal on these. I literally JUST got my car back from the shop and man it is completely different. I should've done this months ago lol. Feel a quicker throttle response and smoother shifting. The catchpoint on this clutch is very different, it's a lot lower. It took me a little while to get used to it, I almost stalled and I can't remember the last time that happened..felt like a noob lol. However, there is a bit of chatter noise that I can hear when I'm at idle. Nothing that bothers me too much, but then again I'm still in the breaking in period. Many people on here will say JWT since it's good for daily use and a nice racing feeling. There's also ACT, but it's a little more expensive. Maybe someone on here with an ACT can chime in. Hope that helped.

Centerforce makes a good clutch.

I'll have to look into JWT that was one i haven't heard of yet...i did look at some centerforce kits the pricing wasn't too bad but i'll always go quality over cheap. As for the chatter...why does it do that bc im currently having some issues with a "high pitched choppy squeak" and it only does it sometimes...this being the reason why i am doing the whole 9 yards of transmission work. Thanks for the suggestions!! ;-)

The chatter is because the JWT flywheel is lighter since its a single mass flywheel, whereas the OEM flywheel is dual mass, which helps block out the chatter. If you don't want chatter than either get the Nismo flywheel, which is dual mass, but I've heard that you will not have a significant change in feeling like with a JWT or ACT.

I have the ACT clutch and flywheel in my coupe. It is pretty good I guess. The chatter is not a problem for me. The engagement point is lower than on a stock clutch, and the pedal is stiffer as well. If it ever wears out I will probably go back to stock since I don't race or anything. Hope this helps.

Whoops lol. I just heard that there's not as much chatter and it's not as light as the other flywheels.

I have the ACT setup in my 04 G Coupe and I really like it.

The pedal actually became a little softer and for normal driving it drives a lot like stock, but when you have some fun it holds up a lot better than stock.
