I just talked to an infinit salesguy, and he said that I could do a lease with the VPP price as the vehicle cost, and that the residual would still be calculated off the MSRP! This seems almost too good to be true? Has anyone done this?

Re: anyone done a lease with VPP?

As far as I know the VPP is only applicable for a purchase. The VPP price will also be a significantly lower price than MSRP and it's also lower than a Dealer's Invoice. So unless he knows what a VPP really is, then I think he's pulling your leg. Ask to see the invoice price and if he quotes lower than that, then jump on it. It sounds too good to be true.

check out VPP info here:

Lease works the same as purchases and VPP just determines the price...
