I cant find it in the settings anywhere, do i have to be a premier mem or anything? B.c i no in my sig i can only put one line...

that guy is smoking lol...you need to be a Premier Member then the options would come up. thats to put a picture u want like ur car

although not being a premier lets you put like a small symbol like the one i have you have to go to quick links to do that then edit options or signature..one of those.

 

Which is really a joke to be honest, I've never seen a forum that requires this in order to simply have an avatar.

 

It's simple click on USER CP scroll down to PAID SUBSCRIPTION become a PREMIER MEMBER. In a sort while you can click onto Avatar and add a pic of your car, you can even change it periodically if you choose. By becoming a PREMIER MEMBER there are befits hidden/unavailable from regular members.
