Just know the market value of your vehicle. Take the prices from KBB, autotrader listings, and craigslist ads, and compare them to the vehicles with similar options on your car and you will get an idea. That is what AAA did for me when I had my previous car totaled.

Looks like that damage should just buff out. You'll be fine.

all you need is about 2 tubes of touch up paint, no biggie
