SPC rear camber kit/toe bolt help

I got my front installed but the rear kit is missing a washer and a nut for the SPC toe bolts. The rear suspension only has a 3/4" drop. Would I need the toe bolts if I put the rear camber kit on?

You should be able to get back to or close to OEM specs with a 3/4" drop. You probably could have done without the camber arms in the rear also with that mild a drop.
