Intake systems

As far as intakes go what would be the best intake to get for my 06 g35? because i was told that all cold air intakes dont really make a difference. so should i just get a high flow filter for my factory intake?

Need the revup boxxxxxxx and the KNN filter is iffy. Doesn't filter as well.
