How to clean there mistake up

Ok folks I need a lil help here.. I just got my car back from the body shop where they replaced the right rear tail light , but these nuts put the wrong freaking tail light on the car and they act light they didn't see anything wrong.. Next I have Work T1s and they must have washed the car they must have sprayed something on the wheels cuz they are MUCKED up.. can someome tell me is there a polish over cleaner to take/remove the cloud look off the rims.

How can they not see the freaking difference!!

lol i know heheh They gonna replace the tail light when they get the other one in. As far as the rims gonna they guy at the place said he is gonna polish them, but i got a feeling that SH*T aint gonna work.. They act like i did it.. i told them when i left my car they didn't look like this. If they can't fix it i'll have to send them to a professional to fix

i wouldnt let them touch my car anymore ..

if they cant get a simple tail light replacement right ..

it shows they dont care what the end result is ..

in my opinion anyway ..

If it's just overspay or crap any type of polishing compound would get rid of that.

If they sprayed some type of chemical and the finish is peeling, then your azzed out.

Looks like they sprayed an acidic wheel cleaner and ate the coating. Gonna have to be stripped and re-polished.

If they have a clear coat on them like Volk rims than your screwed. They need to have the clear coat stripped and than re-done by a rim repair shop. Usually do not get the same results as manufacture. Another option is to strip rims than just have them polished. For light spots or scratches some people had success using Bon Ami.

If your repairs were covered under insurance contact them to resolve issues.

If your repairs were done out of pocket contact DMV who license body repair shops and file a dispute.
