Anyone have any experience using this product? The used car I might be purchasing has this in it.

Is it reliable? Possible to get better mpg/ performance? Where would I go to have it retuned? Post anything you know about this please.

If you go to a osiris tuner they can bring everything back to stock. I'm not sure about the reliability but people say good things about it. If you go on their website they can tell you where the closest tuner is.

^^Why would you want to erase a $400-700 mod that improves the way his car operates?

OP go to Uprev.com to learn more about the Osiris tune. Also spend some time looking through this sub forum. https://g35driver.com/forums/tuner-dyno-287/ Lots of good discussions about Osiris.

If you purchase the car, keep it the tune. Ask the owner what maps he/she has programmed in the car. It can hold up to 5 maps such as performance, valet, economy, stock, etc. Erasing it would be a waste of a $500-800 mod. Also ask for the dyno sheet of when they had it tuned and post it here so we can take a look.

Will do, thanks guys. Ill read that link.

Also, since it can hold up to 5 maps, how do I switch between different ones? Say like I'm driving casually to a drag strip but once I get there I want the more aggressive map activated.

To switch between maps you hold down the top cruise control button then push the bottom button the same amount of times as the map tune you want to select...1 push=1st map, 2 pushes=2nd map and so on.

I have it and love it, especially the 94 octane performance map. I also have a 91 perf. tune and valet mode. The best one is the anti-theft map I have. If someone manages to get in my car and start it they are ejected through the sunroof.

ok...I don't have that last map, it's an econo tune...would be cool to have and see someone get blasted outa my car
