You have badges from both USDM and JDM versions of the same model, on one car. Infiniti is USDM Market for this model, and the Skyline 350GT is JDM.
I studied abroad in Japan for awhile, and most Lexus models that we are familiar with in the states are badged as Toyota. While they still do have some Lexus models
driving around, and being alittle more expensive and classier, they are considered a little more upper class cars. But every now and then, you'll see a younger guy driving a
car that is clearly a Toyota, but with a rebadged Lexus emblem on the back. It's kinda silly I think, it always made my friends and I giggle, because it clearly WASN'T a Lexus.
Even though the cars in question are the same, it's very similar; Your going to raise eyebrows, and "wow" the few people who really don't understand the difference between the badges
But to the people who do it's just gonna look silly...especially to native Japanese people.
