I live in Australia and have a genuine Nissan Skyline V35. People over here are starting to rebadge as Infiniti because Infiniti dealerships are only just starting to open up here and people think it will help resale value which is ridiculous and annoying.
And as for the motor variants.. There is a 2.5l VQ25DE and VQ25DET (yes there is a turbo version) but that is found in a Nissan Stagea AKA ugly boat. Then we have the standard VQ35DE.

 

Damn I thought it was cool being rebadged now I have to pull them off

 

I'd love a factory turbo in my G35.

its a sedan, not as cool as id like it, lol



ill be making a few changes, black or white out all chrome, rims maybe in flat black or changed, lower the front a bit, grill blacked mirror base white etc etc



i know the muffler tip sticks out too much ill tuck it soon

 

lol funny thing is that the 350gt owners in japan are rebadging to infiniti g35. G35s come fully built from japan along with the 350gt and GTR factory. So basically the same, nothing is added anywhere else like other models. so get over it people.

 

i can vouch for this , i was in tokyo last year and i saw a g35 sedan with infiniti badges, at first i was like ooh another infiniti , then i thought wait wtf, there is no infiniti in japan.

 

I think your car looks good. The wheels would look a lot better all black though. Do you see lots of Skyline's over there?

 

lol i was in japan last winter and saw them. the funny thing is that the PT cruisers are really really popular there.

 

I could care less whether or not you want to rebadge your G35.

Just don't rebadge that R34 as an infiniti .


Also, the R34. That probably goes without saying though.

 

Quite a few even though not nearly as popular as Hondas, but just like where you come from, I suspect, are held in a higher regard...
