how much do jdms cost?

I also agree that people buy/like things just because they didn't come on the car stock. If all the cars came will clear turn signals we would be paying to get the amber ones.

Why illogical? Expensive I would agree with. I like the backup light and detail of the JDM, but I'm kind of thinking whatever tails I put on I want to be a touch darker. I am not looking for blacked out, but the one complaint I have about the stock tails is how bright red they look in the TX sun. Are the JDM the same shade?

^100% agree with this. I understand it's "JDM" but In this case IMO USDM is a lot cleaner. Not a fan of Amber. Since day one it was my mission to eliminate as much stock Amber/yellow as possible.
Who else replaced their Amber Corners for CLEAR CORNERS??

Again, just my opinion.

The JDM tails are a shade or two darker then OEM(it is noticeable)...also the side markers don't light up..and the trunk button doesnt not work regardless of what year you have...the left tail light has a third wiring harness which I assume is for the trunk button since mine does not work anymore..I have an 06..

Completely agree, ppl just want to mod something...

The only difference between the 06 OEM tail lights and the 06 JDM tail lights is..the amber turn signals, darker shade of red, and the sidemarkers don't light up..

........true, our G35s come with amber sides and we (most of us) do the clear thing.... Ya gotta admit those JDMs are too cool!

the darker shade on the jdm tails is much nicer then the usdm tails

didnt kno the jdm rear parking lights dont light up. thats another minus points i actually like the parking lights in the back. so no parking lights at all or it is part of another section in the back?

Just the side marker on each of the tail lights don't light up when your parking lights are on...I actually like how the side markers don't light up at all anymore.
