VDC off light staying on

Hi folks,
My problem is "VDC off" light stays lit when the engine is running.
Pushing the switch does nothing.
I did not touch that plug
The battery was disconnected while I did all the work.
Any clue what I should be looking for?
Thank you

my speed sensor was loose one time and caused mine to go off... they located right behind the rotors, can follow line attached to strut to rotor and see if they r loose..

Check your brakes, that's a common cause of the light being on...

so maybe you messed up something when you replaced the brakes? go back re-check everything.

Check your brake fluid level also. I have a leak in my front drivers side caliper somewhere and when it gets too low, those lights all turn on.

I replace my spark plug. So I unplug the connector from the throttle body and every other little connector WITHOUT unpluging the battery. Do you think it might be the problem? Do I need to make a reset of the ECU and do you think Ineed to re-do the throttle learning procedures again?
Let me know
Thanks!
