throwing more money at my G...seems to be becoming a reoccuring theme these days...gonna pick up the mrev2 and the 5/16ths spacer finally...and wondering for the extra 40 bills if the aramid gasket is really worth it? any thoughts thanks

Our engines run/operate the best when they're cool, the gasket seperates the plenum for the hot engine block. If it only drops the temperature within the plenum a few degrees it worth the extra $. Ask Tony at MotorDyne, if he recommends the gasket that's what you should use....661-993-5111.

Since you're taking off the lower plenum already, might as well install the gasket.

^+1 and the plenum does feel cooler to the touch. i remember seeing posts showing pretty good temp differences which are good for power and economy.
