I am looking to buy a G35 Coupe and am a little confused on the grey colors used in 2003/ 2004. We looked at and will probably buy a new Diamond Graphite, but some of the 2003 coupes are listed as a grey - what "grey color" other than silver was available in 2003?? How does it compare to diamond graphite??

The only 2 greys available in 03/04 were 'Brilliant Silver' and 'Diamond Graphite' (Silverstone here in Canada).

There is brilliant silver (lightest) then diamond grapghite (slightly darker) and then Desert Platinum which is more tanish, not really silver at all. The DP is tough to pinpoint exactly what color it is b/c it kinda changes depending on lighting conditions.

Thanks!! Obviously the salesman we were talking to this weekend had no clue what he was talking about - he told us that DG was only available in 2004.

DG wasn't available in the 03 sedan. It was always available for coupes.
