They may not be LEGAL but chances of anyone noticing it's not a real plate is remote and the idea is too COOL.

hahah thats awesome! IMO that would be much better then even having your plate in the window. While driving, a cop will see that at first glance and probably think nothing of it. But I went with the motorized plate idea:
