Pix of the 6MT after the drop & tint...
Springs are Htechs swapped from AT I traded in & the tint is Formula One 18%...thanx to Mike @ L.A. tint in Manassas, VA (703-863-4335). I forgot how much I hate the breaking in period...it's gonna take a while especially since it's not my daily driver. I'll post up some better pix after I Zaino this weekend.

I'm glad you had a decent experience with LA Tint in Manassas. I left work early to go there... To make a long story short, they didn't have any tint under 35% so I left and called LA Tint in Alexandria.... He got me in the same day and finished everything in an hour...
Anyways, sorry if I'm hijacking - 18% definitely looks nice on your ride!

They are the Htechs for the G35. As far as the wheel size goes I went w/ the 18's cuz for one I like the beefy tire look as appose to the the all-wheel look you get w/ 19's or 20's. The G is much too sexy of a car for the main focal point being the wheels. Two they make the big-brake kits look even bigger. Three the ride is much nicer w/ the 18's especially in DC. No offense to the people w/ 19's or bigger...this is just my opinion & my car. Keep the comments coming.

do you have any problems so far with black "bumps" on the rear window,does the tint stick good?my friends has a tinted mustang and it has these same "bumps" on the rear,the tint has started to peel back.it looks horrible!!!!!

Your car looks "just right" to my eyes. I am curious about the handling and ride with the H-Techs and the fact that the rear springs are about 90psi lower that stock. Have you driven the car with a trunk full of luggage and a full tank of gas? Thanks.

Do you realize that the H-Tech's for the G35 are different than the H-Tech's for the 350Z? I believe the 90 psi you keep referring to applies to the H-Techs for the G. Cruz has the H-Tech's for the 350Z on his car.
Check out these specs... according to gsedan35
Stock G35 spring rates:
314/342
Tein H-tech 350z (fronts are progressive, rears are linear)
358/375 F+14% R+11%
Transfers +3% roll stiffness to front
Tein H-tech G35 coupe & sedan(fronts are progressive, rears are linear)
324/260 F+ 5% R-22%
Transfers +27% roll stiffness to front
The advertised drop for the H-Techs for the 350Z is 0.3" front and 0.2" rear (on the 350Z). I've been told you should add about a 0.5-inch to those numbers if you put the springs on the G35. From the looks of Cruz's car, that seems about right.
