Exhaust Question and Legality

Alright I know all the exhaust questions have been asked a million times but I have been reading post and searching till I'm blue in the face. I may have missed it if I did sorry for the post.

What I am looking for is will the Motordyne art pipes pass a smog test in Texas. I live in the Dallas area and we have the exhaust test when we renew our inspection. Not sure on all of the set ups would adding the MD xyz with cats help to alleviate that problem if there is an issue and can you add that and still keep the stock exhaust for the time being. If not would it be better to just go with the berk or fast intentions HFC's. Those seem to be the most popular after reading all of the post. I am not wanting to lose low end power and torque and I have seen that over stock the art pipe lose some low end torque I believe if I read it right may be way off again. Looking for best option that will still pass emissions test.

Right now all I have is the stillen z pipe and stillen hi-flow air intake. I am planning on getting just the Popcharger air filter to replace the stillen K&N filter. I found a place that sells just the popcharger filter for around $40. I am also adding a MD 5/16 spacer and SxExCx's grounding kit, when my back gets better.

Thank You, I appreciate the help in advance.

depends what kind of test they do, we can pass in IL because all they do is take some readings through OBDII, O2 simulators or non-foulers work just fine
