Installing Berks HFCs that's a great idea and the cat-back exhaust is good too but headers not so much. With the cost of headers/install and only worth 3 to 5 HP max why would you want to?

OP I'd suggest getting a quote to install headers. You'll be when you get the number. As Gary said HFC's and a catback are a good idea and you'll be fine with those.

hm damn really that little gains? i mean i know its not much but i didnt realize 5 max...i figured since ive got the mrev and 5/16ths i put in last week...plus the k&n drop in/ztube thats been in... and the berk cats...headers after a cat back would help it breathe as best as possible..even with say the crawford headers?...i mean headers and cams are really the only other main things i could think of while staying n/a...im sure theres others options to explore...what are some things after these parts that people do n/a wise to get gains?

Headers won't do much but help make your car loud. I currently have Strup headers, they look nice but were not worth the money. If you get an aggressive set of cams however, then it would probably be worth it.

A tune

ah well of course a tune...id like to have a pro tuner shop of Uprev do my osiris tuning once i get these parts put on...id do it sooner but its not really worth the 700 bucks to do now when i plan on getting a cat back exhaust and possible headers/cams...it just seems that once youve got headers back and cams...theres not much else to look into without thinking FI....i mean theres pulleys and little stuff like that but lets be real that doesnt make much of a difference...ANY other options?

Don't waste your money on headers--they make no difference on this car. The stock "headers" are actually pretty decent for OEM--they actually have runners from each cylinder instead of the exhaust manifold I had on my Acura CLS.

That being said, I have the Alphawerks headers and they are really nice. Perfect fit (they give some wiggle room in the holes for the bolts--this is very important for ease of installation), and they still look nice and gold to this day.

No difference in noise.

Still, I think probably save your money and put it somewhere else.

well good thing is...my neighbor was a mechanic and owned his own shop for 20 something years...so he helps me do everything for free...and would do the headers for free with me as well...so thats less of a reason not to do it...i just have a hard time believing that with an intake, lower plenum and spacer, HFC's and cat back exhaust that it wouldnt be worth putting headers in before i get it tuned...i mean even length headers instead of the three pipes crashin into each other in the oem manifolds gotta make a difference especially with the rest of the system breathing much better no?

headers will make a difference after tune. Power gains range from 5-10 whp after tune.
If you want headers, then get them installed.

In your case, its well worth it to have them installed.

Believe me, I have intake, spacer and Stillen Catback and when I put on my headers I noticed damn near no difference.

On my Acura CLS, Comptech headers gave +32whp on every car they were put on, so I was expecting at least something out of them on the G. Sadly disappointed.
