mods and emission test
ok so ive long been considering getting the 5/16 motordyne spacer and a z tube, just to get a little kick nothing crazy. my concern though is that if i put these on my car, i will fail my yearly emissions test (new york).
if that is the case, then i am more than likely not going to mod my car. i would just like to know if those mods will make me fail
