So I bought dustin from strafe's front bumper and greddy sides about 2 weeks back. Amazing transaction with him, he has been spot on with everything and I actually sent him a message on here and he got back to me over text within thirty seconds, it was amazing. But I will NEVER work with UPS again and I would encourage others to do the same. The parts shipped out monday and after 5 business days they still have not left California. This is ridiculous because I am moving to Utah next weekend and if the parts dont get here by wednesday I am absolutely anally screwed. I have called 3 times Thursday and Friday and every time they said they would have a customer service rep call me which still has not happened. I am BEYOND pissed. Sorry bout the rant. Dustin if you want to blow up the UPS store for me I'd appreciate it

 

Awful story, I'm sorry to hear it :/ That's weird because I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with them. I'll keep this in mind though when I go to ship.

 

dude i feel ya 100% whenever my stuff goes through UPS it will sit at the closest checkpoint in my state for like 2 days just chillin...fedex does work!! always get my stuff in a good timely manner...god i hope my rims are being shipped via fedex

 

see same here.. up until now I havent had any major problems. I mean theyve been late before but nothing huge

 

and OG yeah Im gonna start shipping fedex for now on.. there customer service was the last straw

 

Ive had the same experience with UPS. they completely suck. They schedule a delivery date, and then deliver a couple days later. without it saying "rescheduled".

 

Yeah they havent even updated when they think it will be delivered! it still says 2 days ago!

 

Definetely starting to deal with FEDEX more often.

 

I've always used UPS and have never had an issue, they've alway delivered as promised and on time. Can you find out when it was picked up/shipped, if it wasn't picked up on time that could be the issue.... The UPS driver knows me and give me a wave daily....just like a neighbor.

Possibly. Most of the time it's no good for me.

 

This will sometimes occur because inside employees will send your packages to the wrong destination. This happens less frequently now due to a new system implemented by UPS.

 

Never had a problem with UPS. I've received so many packages from them I'm on a first name basis with my driver and he'll call me when I have a package to see when I want him to deliver it. I'll stay with them for now.

Yeh, ive never had any real issues with ups, always get my things in a timely manner, and the people are nice too

 

My local driver definately isnt the issue, hes a pretty cool, reliable guy who makes sure the packages get to you. The problem is that the package has been sitting in a warehouse in california for 4 days! and those are business days! I live in ohio so this is a little bit discouraging knowing that the package that I need frantically has not moved and their customer service doesnt seem to give a damn.

 

Weird I have always had a good experience with Ups. Gl with getting the product(s)...
