So before I said I had no issues with UPS. I'd like to revoke that statement. After members advise I spent 15$ on bubble wrap and thoroughly wrapped up a lip spoiler with that + tape obviously. Somehow they managed to totally screw with the package and cracked it. Even though UPS is the only store close to where I am I'll NEVER continue business with them. Awful employees and horrible lack of care for a product.

hahaha funny this thread has resurfaced. 88 rotors shipped my wheels through UPS.......they gave em to UPS and UPS sat on my wheels for a week letting them sit in cali...no joke, then they re-sched my delivery date. so it took two weeks to get my rims from cali to illinois....i couldve driven to cali and gotten them myself at that rate...****in UPS. Hate UPS. fedex FTMFW!!!!!!!

I think it depends on the locations. I know someone who works at a distribution center in Pennsylvania thats contracted with UPS and the amount of items (car parts) that get destroyed in the shipping process is unbelievable.

Sometimes a package doesn't get scanned. So it's possible that it left CA and on its way to you. Maybe it will get scanned at another location as "arrived at ______ location"..

That has nothing to do with UPS. The merchant that sold you the rims didn't want to pay the $5 for a signature confirmation.

I sold my T1S a while back and shipped it via UPS. Had no problems. Saw a signature confirmation online and even received a copy in the mail form UPS.

If UPS didn't ask for your signature, it's because you or the merchant didn't add it to the service.
