Well this guy in florida offered the amount i was asking for my car. The problem is that i am still financing the car and he wants to get a finanace too. When i went through the financing process, my bank gave me a check to give to the previous seller, so he can pay off his car and send me the title.

I thought it would be the same with this too but the buyer said his bank wants me to sign couple of things before they send me the payment. My english is not really good and its just really confusing.

Question is, will it be ok to sign these documents before receiving the payment? I don't know why but it seems like i'm giving up the title to my car without a payment for some reason.....

scam are you selling it on craigslist? do not sign anything until you have talk to their bank

 

Doesnt seem right.

From past deals when they got a loan on the car I was selling, I had to go in to their bank so their bank would know I really was selling the car and they can see it.

I wouldnt release anything from my car untill I had the cash in hands.

 

the forms look legit, but if you sign them, you will be giving your car away to that bank and the guy. I wouldnt fill anything out till you have the cash in hand.
