The mileage is stored in the ODO.. Not the ecu.

As stated above, I doubt someone would rollback his ODO from 18k to 15k. That makes sense at all. Maybe 55k to 15k... 18 to 15k doesn't make that much of a difference.

The number 8 is right above the number 5 on the 10-key pad so maybe it was an honest mistake..
