Sirius Sat Radio.
Dealership replaced sat antenna... ( "ANTENNA" error) This is supposedly the new design from Infiniti... I wonder why the shape has changed... :-)

better...... but I still wish they could incorperate it into the trunk or somewhere else, the antenna is the one thing that kept me from getting sat radio.

Is this what the SAT antennae looks like when the dealer installs satellite radio? How is the reception...any station drifting?
I bought the Delphi XM aftermarket satellite radio and the antennae is about 1/8th that size. the reception is great but I do get some drift. Probably need to get the tuner hardwired to my radio.

How much did you pay for the full install? I was quoted over $800 and that's why I went with the aftermarket setup.

 

It's still hideous...I removed mine 10 min. after I brought my new 6MT home. Replaced it w/ the Blitzsafe Micro mounted on the dash (check profile). Infiniti should def. redesign their Sat. antennas like the Acura/Honda color matched ones. I work for XM & I still think any Sat. antenna that is mounted on the roof & not painted looks like a$$. Good advertisement though.
